this Privacy Policy, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bringing Tighty Back, who may also be referred to
herein as "BTB". BTB, together with its affiliated companies, may be collectively referred to as the "BTB Family".
The words "you" and "your" refer to you and other visitors and users of the bringingtightyback.com website (this "Site") or any of its affiliated sites.
1. Application.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the privacy of users of this Site. It does not apply to any other website or
offline activities of BTB or any of its affiliates.
2. Policy Updates and Modifications.
We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time-to-time in our discretion. The use of information that we
gather is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is received by us. We will provide
notice of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the most recent version of the Privacy Policy on this Site.
You should check this Site frequently to view recent updates and modifications. In addition, we may (but are not
required to) e-mail periodic reminders of material changes to this Privacy Policy, unless you have instructed us not
to.
3. Collection and Use of Information.
What information does this Site gather?
When you visit this Site, you may provide two different types of information:
• Anonymous statistics collected as you browse this Site; and
• Personal information you knowingly give us.
Please be assured that we do not collect personal information about you from this Site unless you provide it to us. This means that you can visit this Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself, such as your e-mail address.
As you browse this Site, our web servers collect information about your visit, but not about you, personally. Through web server logs, we monitor statistics such as:
• How many people visit this Site;
• Which pages people visit on this Site;
• From which domains our visitors come (e.g., aol.com); and
• Which browsers people use to visit this Site.
None of this information is associated with you as an individual (please see “Information About Cookies” below). We use these statistics to improve this Site, to monitor its performance, and to make this Site easier for you and other visitors to use.
What about pages that ask for personal information?
When you supply information about yourself for a specific purpose, we use the information for that purpose (e.g., to provide the service or information you have requested). For example, you may be asked to give us individual information to purchase a product or service, receive information, manage online account registration, or apply for a job. The information may range from your zip code to your phone number, account number, a credit card number, age, gender, mother's maiden name, social security number, e-mail address, organization URL, resume, mailing address or other information.
When you use this Site to order services, we may use this personally identifiable information as we would use the same information obtained in a traditional non-electronic manner. For example, to publish your name, address, and phone number in our directories (unless you have requested a non-published number), or to evaluate your service needs and contact you regarding additional services you may find useful. If you do not want us to contact you, you may send us an e-mail asking us to remove your name from our telephone and/or mail solicitation lists by clicking on Contact. Please note that this will remove your name from solicitation lists associated with this Site only. To remove your name from solicitation lists associated with any other website (including, without limitation, any other website owned or operated by us), you will need to follow the procedures set forth on the other website.
Will the manner in which you obtain information ever change?
In order to improve the services we can offer you, we may, from time-to-time, decide to expand this Site's capabilities for obtaining information about you and other users. If and when those capabilities change, we will update this Privacy Policy so that you may be aware of those changes. Please refer to “Policy Updates and Modifications” above for information on how you can track our policy updates.
Does this Site collect information about children?
Protecting the privacy of children on the Internet is very important. This Site is not designed to attract children under the age of 13, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children on this Site. Ordering online products and services is limited to adults 18 or over.
Children should exercise caution before providing personal information online and should consult with a parent or guardian before doing so. We also urge parents and guardians to consider using one of the low-cost software programs designed to protect children while they are online.
What happens to information when I fill out registration forms?
The registration forms request accurate contact information (such as your name and e-mail address) and preferences that help us serve you better. Your name and e-mail address may be used to send you information about our company, product updates, special offers, and newsletters. You may change your email, user ID or password online. If you want us to remove your name from our user list, you may send us an e-mail asking us to do so by clicking on Contact.
Do you sell or give my personal information to other companies?
We do not sell or disclose your personally identifiable information obtained on this Site to anyone outside the BTB Family unless: (a) you specifically authorize us to do so, (b) it is done in connection with a transaction that you initiate, (c) it is required by law or we, in good faith, belief that it is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or with a legal process served relating to this Site, or (d) it is necessary or advisable to protect the safety of customers, employees or property. If you provide personally identifiable information to us in the context of an event we sponsor with another company (such as a contest), or if you register on a co-sponsored site or feature, you may also be providing the personally identifiable information to such other company/co-sponsor. This will be made clear to you before you submit the information and you can decide whether or not to participate.
Do you sell or give non-personally identifiable information to companies outside the BTB Family?
We may share non-personally identifiable information with companies outside the BTB Family in order to assess the results of a promotion, event or third party relationship, to provide information to current or prospective customers, to complete a search or to otherwise enhance your online experience. For example:
• We may provide information regarding the number of people who visit the website, which pages were visited and for how long, the referral URL, the user's IP address, and the User Agent;
• Co-branded versions of this Site (or portions thereof) may contain clear GIFs (i.e., electronic images that allow the co-branded site to collect anonymous information about your visit); and
• We may disclose non-personally identifiable information if required to do so by law, or if disclosure is necessary or advisable to protect the safety of customers, employees or property.
Please keep in mind that this type of information does not include any information that would personally identify you.In addition, we may support features and content that appear on other companies' websites that you may visit. Those other companies may collect information about you. However, we do not have control over the information collection or use practices of those companies, and you are advised to review the privacy policies (if any) of those companies.
Does this Site send e-mail to site visitors?
At times, online surveys are conducted in which you can choose to participate. In addition, we may use e-mail to communicate with our customers, to respond to visitors' e-mail, to confirm orders placed online and to send information that a visitor has requested. Occasionally, we may use opt-in e-mail lists from third parties to promote our latest specials. If you receive an unwanted e-mail from us, you can click Contact and simply ask us to remove you from our list.
Do you accommodate links to other sites?
This Site does contain links to other websites. Those other websites may, among other things, allow you to bid on and/or purchase products that you initially viewed on this Site and may (or may not) be co-branded with this Site. You can tell if you have linked from one website to another website by looking at the URL in the browser window. If the second level domain of the URL for the page containing the link is different than the second level domain of the URL for the page to which you have linked, you have linked to a different website. For example, if you link from a page located at the URL www.thirdleveldomain.bringingtightyback.com to a page located at the URL www.bringingtightyback.secondleveldomain.com, you have linked to another website. Please note that any of our trademarks or service marks (e.g., bringingtightyback, etc.) may be included in the URL of a co-branded or private label website that is owned and operated by a third party, in a location other than that occupied by the second level domain (e.g., as the third level domain). The companies that own or operate those websites may track and/or collect information about you, but we do not have control over their privacy practices (including, without limitation, those relating to tracking user activity, collection of user data, use of user data, and security), although, when a user activates a link from this Site one of those other websites, we may pass the user's referral URL and IP address to the server hosting such other website. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices (including, without limitation, those related to tracking, collection, use and security) employed by or in connection with other websites, and we are not responsible for the content on, or operation of, other websites (including, without limitation, any transactions conducted through such other websites). We are committed to safeguarding customer privacy on this Site. Once again, if you are visiting a website via a link on this Site, you are advised to read the privacy policy of that other website for its policies regarding information tracking, collection, usage and security.
We may, however, host (or contract with third parties to host) website advertising linked to this Site (each, an "BTB-Hosted Site Ad"). If you provide personally identifiable information while visiting any BTB-Hosted Site Ad, you will also be providing the personally identifiable information to the advertiser. In addition, we may share non-personally identifiable information collected from any BTB-Hosted Site Ad with companies outside the BTB Family in order to complete a transaction that you initiate or to assess and report the results of the ad. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by the advertiser.
Do you use the information provided online to profile your customers?
The combination of offline and online information provided by you has the ability to enhance your experience and make your interaction with us more meaningful and relevant. We require notification of any consumer profiling or purchasing behavior being captured by us online and combined with offline information be clearly stated to you at the time of online data collection. You will have the ability to choose not to have that information aggregated and be part of subsequent marketing campaigns by so indicating at the point of the application. Alternatively, you may send us a message indicating your desire to opt out of future marketing campaigns by clicking on Contact.
What is your position regarding online advertising and third party ad servers?
We accept advertisements from third parties that serve advertising into this Site. We may use clear GIFs (described above) provided by such third parties in the pages containing the ad(s) that we send to your browser. Those clear GIFs provide usage pattern information about the ads to third parties. The data does not contain personally identifiable information.
As part of the online advertising process, we may use information supplied from third party ad serving companies as well as other third party companies in several ways. These may include, for example, using the information to:
• Gain a better understanding of the type of individuals viewing or visiting different websites;
• Evaluate and prioritize site selection when developing an online media plan;
• Geographically target advertising;
• Deliver product and pricing advertising/information applicable to the customers' state; and
• Gauge the effectiveness of the online advertising.
Who do I contact if I am concerned about online advertising and privacy?
All questions and concerns about your privacy related to online advertising should be addressed to our Customer Care Center, which can be reached by clicking on Contact.

A cookie is a small, encrypted data string our server writes to your hard drive that contains your unique User ID for this Site. Cookies help us to identify returning visitor's to this Site, which allows us to give you a more personalized, useful experience. For example, cookies may be used to:
• Deliver the appropriate geographic message;
• Manage frequency of ad exposure and avoid over delivery of the same message;
• Tailor an advertisement or other content to better match your interests and preferences;
• Keep track of your order as you order products and services;

Most Internet browsers enable you to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block all cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored (see "Setting Cookie Preferences" at the end of this section). However, while you are free to delete website cookies, deletion alone does not prevent companies from reestablishing your history. You must either continue to decline cookies each time you reenter the applicable web site to keep the tracking severed (if desired) or opt-out. When you opt-out, your unique user ID cookie is erased and you are reassigned an anonymous, non-id cookie. This new cookie tells websites that you have opted out and they will then know not to attempt to assign other cookies to you in the future. Opt-out cookies do not contain a unique user ID number therefore websites are not able to identify your computer uniquely.
Customers who choose to continually delete cookies and not opt out can have their browser advise them each time a website attempts to send a cookie to your system. At that time, you can choose to either accept or cancel a cookie. Customers who choose to opt out after deleting cookies will receive an anonymous/non personally identifiable cookie.
Please be aware that cookies may be required to complete certain functions on this website, such as My Directory.

5. Security.
How do I know I am on a secured site?
Every secure page on this Site has been secured with a digital certificate. You know you are on a secure page of this Site when you see a lock in the status bar at the bottom of your browser. In Internet Explorer, you can view your status bar by clicking on View, Status Bar. When you see the lock, double click it and a popup window opens and displays who issued the digital certificate securing that page and the dates it is valid.
How do you prevent unauthorized access to my account information?
Your password is set at a minimum of six characters, which provides added protection for your personal information. On secured pages, this site uses SSL encryption up to 128-bits.
What security measures are in place to restrict access to personal data?
There are a variety of security measures in place that limit internal access to data stored by this Site. First, access is restricted to authorized personnel only and requires an employee to have a secure ID and password to access the information. In addition, logs are reviewed regularly to spot any inconsistencies. This Site is continually updated with the latest known security patches that are periodically published by the system vendor. Any information that you give is password protected. For your protection, the system automatically locks out a user after 3 incorrect tries and after 20 minutes of idle time per secure session. If you forget your password, you will be prompted to supply your customer ID number and your password will be e-mailed to you.
What information is stored by this Site or in cookies?
